This Agreement is entered into between TSPFundTrading.com and you, the user and/or member. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement, change any feature or content of the website, or revise any fees or charges associated with the service. Any changes to this Agreement shall become effective seven (7) days after notice has been provided. Notice may be posted on the website or delivered by electronic mail. Risk Disclosure The information provided on this website is intended solely for general educational and informational purposes. Although the information is believed to be reliable, TSPFundTrading.com does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Membership provides access to the members area and to the signals, commentary, and educational material associated with the service selected. TSPFundTrading.com provides allocation signals involving the Thrift Savings Plan funds, including the G Fund, F Fund, C Fund, S Fund, and I Fund. Members are solely responsible for their own investment decisions and are encouraged to consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions. Disclosure Policy The operator of TSPFundTrading.com may from time to time hold positions in securities or funds discussed on the website. Trades or allocations may be made before or after signals or commentary are published. Privacy Policy TSPFundTrading.com respects the privacy of its members and visitors. Personal information collected during registration is used solely for the operation and administration of the service. We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal information to third parties. Access to the members area is protected by a username and password. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Annual and Lifetime Memberships Membership fees must be paid in advance. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected membership. Any billing discrepancy must be reported within thirty (30) days of the transaction. After that period, all charges shall be deemed valid. Definition of Lifetime Membership A Lifetime Membership provides access to TSPFundTrading.com for the operational lifetime of the service. The term "lifetime" refers to the continued operation of the service and does not refer to the lifetime of the subscriber. If the service is discontinued for any reason, including retirement, illness, sale of the business, or other business considerations, Lifetime Membership benefits shall terminate at that time. Refund and Cancellation Policy Annual members may cancel their subscription at any time. A full refund is available only within the first forty-eight (48) hours following the commencement of membership. After the initial 48-hour period has expired, all membership fees are non-refundable. Refund requests submitted within the 48-hour period must include the member's order number. Termination TSPFundTrading.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website if a member violates the terms of this Agreement. Ownership and Restrictions on Use All content contained on this website is the exclusive property of TSPFundTrading.com and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or transmitted without prior written permission. Use of Signals by Financial Advisors Signals provided by TSPFundTrading.com are intended solely for the personal use of individual members. Financial advisors, investment managers, or other professionals may not use the signals to manage client assets without obtaining prior written authorization or entering into a separate licensing agreement. Disclaimer TSPFundTrading.com is not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer. All information and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall TSPFundTrading.com, its owners, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including trading losses, arising out of or related to the use of this website or its services. Internet Transmission Risks Signal updates and notifications may be distributed through email and posted on the website.
